BLANK WARRANTY

Every rod manufacturer we work with provides rod blank warranties and we recommend customers that are interested in a custom rod from us please refer to the warranties the blank manufacturer has. Most manufacturers have a limited lifetime warranty against blank failure. If for some reason a rod breaks most manufacturers will want, you to send the broken section of the rod for inspection on why the blank failed. If it was a blank defect, they will fit a replacement section to the rod and return it to you or if you choose to send the new section back to us for rebuilding. We will take off the guides of the broken section of the rod and make it like a new rod. If your rod needs repair, we encourage you to contact us and we can discuss what is needed and how we can help. Please note, Knot4hire Custom Rods warranty does not cover failure due to damage caused by workmanship of others, or damage due to misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
